CombatFC released today that the promotion has landed a deal with UFC veteran, Michelle Waterson as the lead broadcast analyst in their production on UFC FightPass. "The Karate Hottie", a veteran of 12 UFC fights is currently ranked #11 in the UFC Strawweight division as she prepares for her next outing on April 8th versus Luana Pinheiro on the UFC 287: Pereira vs. Adesanya 2 card.
When CombatFC made this announcement, they mentioned that they were "thrilled to have her on the team". As the lead broadcast analyst, she will organize the broadcast team and lead their analysts for all CombatFC events which are shown live on UFC FightPass for fans around the world.
Waterson will make her day debut on UFC FightPass with CombatFC on February 10th from the Shriners Auditorium in Wilmington, MA. In the main event, Bantamweights Charalampos Grigoriou and Chris Disconell will collide for the CombatFC Bantamweight World Championship. Training out of LAW MMA with Chris Weidman and Ray Longo, Grigoriou is a tried and true, tough combatant with a bunch of great performances under the Cage Fury banner. Disconell, another tough bantamweight, comes from NY as well and has shown his toughness in battles with Mike Kimbel and Jaylon Bates with Bellator and Will Smith under the CES banner.
The rest of the card is also littered with familiar names and will be an amazing showcase of talent for New England MMA fans to see.
With a card as good as this and Michelle Waterson added to the mix, this CombatFC event on February 10th is very promising and fans should be excited for this day in New England.
