We caught up with Connecticut native Harris Bonfiglio (3-1) before his upcoming bout tomorrow night at CES 67 in Hartford. Bonfiglio is coming off a big win at CES 64 back in September, and the 4th degree Taekwondo black belt is looking to improve to 2-0 since returning from a few year layoff during the pandemic.
