Joe "The Party" Penafiel (6-3) caught up with us backstage after his big win on Saturday night. The Orlando, Florida native put on a dominant performance against the previously undefeated local, Pat Gilbride (3-1). In in entertaining grinding scrap, Penafiel was able to control where and how the fight took place, out-classing Gilbride in almost every aspect of the fight game. Penafiel showed us that he's not just a big personality that likes to party, but he also is a hell of a fighter. Check out his post-fight interview below.
